Qualifications

• Applicants must be 18 years or older, with a high school diploma preferred and one year of experience delivering services to individuals with disabilities.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license, have access to an insured vehicle, a clean driving record, and pass a DHS background study.
• Must possess basic computer skills to be successful in this position.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain community relationships and friendships.
• Assist individuals with daily routines including household tasks, cooking, self-care, socializing, and safety.
