Job summary

The Center for Family Support (CFS) in Marlboro Township, NJ, is seeking Direct Support Professionals to help individuals with developmental disabilities live meaningful lives and participate in their communities. You will provide compassionate support, protect rights, and promote independence in both residential and community settings.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily living, coordinating activities aligned with interests, supporting friendships, and reporting health or safety

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license preferred, depending on program needs.
• Some experience in healthcare or human services is a plus.

• Collaborate with the team to develop and implement service plans.
• Ensure safety per service plans and report dangerous situations.
• Follow agency incident reporting procedures and cooperate with investigations.
• Communicate politely and professionally with all stakeholders.
