Job summary

Redwood Family Care Network is seeking Direct Support Professionals for the Adult Day Program in North Phoenix. The role offers full-time and part-time hours with an hourly wage of $16.75 and shifts including 9:30am–5:30pm, Monday through Friday. Location: 19th Ave/Pinnacle Peak area in Phoenix, AZ; driving is required.

Qualifications

Must have a high school diploma or GED.
Must be 21+ years old.
Must pass Criminal Background and Fingerprint Clearance Card; we will assist with obtaining the card.
Valid AZ driver's license; driving will be required.
Must have a clean 39-month motor vehicle record; driving will be required.
Reliable transportation is vital.

Responsibilities

Care and supervision for adults with developmental disabilities.
Implement behavior management and habilitation goals.
Support daily living skills in a team environment.
Engage in multiple indoor activities; participate in shift coverage.
