Job summary

Redwood Family Care Network in Phoenix, AZ is seeking Day Program Staff to work with adults with developmental disabilities. This full-time role offers a Monday–Friday shift from 9:30am to 5:30pm, an hourly rate of $16.75, and opportunities to support daily living skills and behavior management in a warm, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Must be 21+ years old.
• Must pass a Criminal Background and Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• AZ driver’s license (driving required).
• Clean 39-month motor vehicle record (driving required).
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Care and supervision including behavior management, habilitation goals, and daily living skills.
• Work with adults with developmental disabilities in a day program.
• Engage in indoor activities and support a positive team environment.
