Job summary

Covenant Case Management Services is seeking Direct Care Support Professionals to provide hands-on care in home and community settings, ensuring client safety and well-being. You will support daily living activities and help clients participate in community events.

The role requires a high school diploma, a NC driver’s license with reliable transportation, and the ability to pass a background check. Prior caregiving is preferred; schedule is four days per week.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Minimum of 1 year of caregiving experience (preferred).
• Valid North Carolina driver’s license and reliable transportation (required).
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities.
• Assist clients with being involved in community activities and events.
• Collaborate with clients and their families to understand specific needs and preferences.
• Maintain communication with supervisors and team members regarding client care.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines.
