Job summary

Maximum Care, Inc. is seeking a Direct Care Worker to join our team. Earn up to $19/hr assisting seniors in the Lehigh Valley, with opportunities for cash and referral bonuses and flexible part-time or full-time schedules.

We support ongoing education and provide medical benefits, with a mobile-app driven training and onboarding process for convenient, face-to-face Zoom interactions as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Must be able to complete a Criminal Background report.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds at a time.
• Ability to reach, bend, kneel and stand for long periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Care for Participants with dignity, patience, compassion and respect.
• Provide light home assistance: housekeeping, errands, transportation, and medication reminders.
• Prepare meals and provide personal assistance with daily living needs (toileting, bathing, grooming).
• Provide companionship and conversation to participants.
