Job summary

Covenant Case Management Services is seeking compassionate and dedicated Direct Care Support Professionals to provide one-on-one care for individuals with intellectual disabilities. You will help meet daily needs and create a safe, supportive environment both in the home and in the community.

Responsibilities include personal care, meal preparation, medication assistance, transportation to the Day Center, and ongoing companionship.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate and patient demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one support, assistance, and companionship.
• Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication administration.
• Ensure the individual's safety and well-being in the home and community.
• Transport the individual to and from the Day Center.
• Assist the individual in completing daily living activities, including toileting, dressing, and supervision.
• Work with the individual at the Day Center.
