Responsibilities
- Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Assist residents with menu selections and provide menu descriptions.
- Bus and reset tables per community standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized dining room and bistro.
- Complete assigned side work and opening/closing duties.
- Attend pre-meal meetings to review menu offerings.
- Use Sunrise systems for correct order entry and meal delivery.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and infection control standards.
