Job summary

Seaton Senior Living in the Mid Atlantic region is seeking a friendly Server to join our dining team. You will take meal and drink orders and serve meals in a timely manner, ensuring residents and guests are satisfied.

You will maintain dining areas, follow cleaning schedules, and uphold safety procedures to protect our residents. Competitive wages, benefits, and opportunities for advancement are available.

Qualifications

• Experience working with seniors is preferred.
• Hospitality/customer service experience helpful.
• Ability to balance team and resident needs.

Responsibilities

• Take meal/drink orders and serve meals in a friendly and timely manner.
• Assure residents and guests are satisfied with their meals.
• Maintain knowledge of all specials and general description of all food items.
• Maintain all side stations and dining areas.
• Follow daily and weekly cleaning schedules.
• Practice all safety and loss prevention procedures.
• Set-up and clean the Dining Room while maintaining or exceeding hospitality and service standards.
