Job summary

Seaton Senior Living in the Mid Atlantic region is seeking a friendly Server to join our dining team. This role focuses on serving meals to residents with warmth, ensuring satisfaction, and maintaining dining areas in a safe, clean environment.

You will interact with residents, guests and staff to deliver high-quality hospitality, follow procedures, and support daily operations in a community-focused setting.

Qualifications

• Must enjoy working with seniors.
• Ability to interact with guests, residents and staff in a courteous and friendly manner.
• Ability to respond promptly to resident needs.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts.

Responsibilities

• Take meal and drink orders and serve meals in a friendly and timely manner.
• Assure residents and guests are satisfied with their meals.
• Maintain knowledge of all specials and general description of all food items.
• Maintain all side stations and dining areas.
• Follow daily and weekly cleaning schedules.
• Practice all safety and loss prevention procedures.
• Set-up and clean the Dining Room while maintaining hospitality standards.
