Job summary

CommonSail Investment Group is seeking a Server to deliver meals and maintain a clean dining area in our senior living community. You will serve residents and guests with professionalism, follow safe food handling practices, and support set-up and breakdown tasks to ensure smooth service.

We value friendliness, excellent customer service, and teamwork. Prior restaurant experience is welcome but not required, and fluent English is essential to communicate with residents and staff.

Qualifications

• Prior restaurant experience is preferred but not required.
• Must be friendly, provide excellent customer service and consistently display an attitude which fosters a teamwork environment.
• Fluent English required for effective communication with residents and staff.

Responsibilities

• Serve meals in a professional manner to residents and guests.
• Follow safe food handling and sanitation practices.
• Perform side work and setup/breakdown duties as assigned.
• Ensure high-quality food is delivered in a timely fashion to residents and guests.
• Maintain professional behavior and good personal hygiene at all times.
• Wait on tables and assist other staff as needed.
• Handle resident concerns and complaints tactfully and professionally.
• Follow all Dining Services Standards of service.
