Job summary

The CommonSail Investment Group is seeking a Server to perform food service duties in our senior living communities. You will serve meals in a professional manner, maintain sanitary service areas, and work to ensure residents and guests receive high-quality food promptly, while prioritizing friendly, attentive service.

Prior restaurant experience is preferred but not required. You should be friendly, able to collaborate with staff, and committed to safe food handling and courteous resident

• Ability to maintain sanitation and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Serve meals professionally to residents and guests.
• Follow safe food handling and sanitation practices.
• Perform side work and setup/breakdown duties.
• Ensure timely, high-quality food service.
• Maintain professionalism and good personal hygiene.
• Wait on tables and assist other staff as needed.
• Handle resident concerns tactfully and professionally.
• Follow Dining Services standards of service.
