Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to relate effectively to staff, residents, families, and community members.
• Empathetic, energetic and have an affinity for working with a diverse senior population.

Responsibilities

• Servers are the face of our dining area and provide the complete dining experience for residents.
• Greet residents and guests warmly and enthusiastically.
• Present menus and serve food and beverages to residents and guests.
• Keep tables clean and tidy, deliver items promptly, and ensure guests are satisfied.
• Handle guest concerns or complaints in a positive, professional manner.
