Job summary

Morningside Elite Management is seeking a reliable Server to help turn meals into moments of care for residents across our Pennsylvania communities. You will assist with dining service, keep the dining room and kitchen running smoothly, and support cooks to deliver warm, nutritious meals in a welcoming environment.

The ideal candidate is dependable, attentive, and takes pride in providing a positive dining experience for residents and families.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Experience in dining/kitchen preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Dining Service & Resident Experience: Serve meals that are palatable and appetizing in appearance, on a timely basis; check diet trays before distribution.
• Set up meal trays, food carts, and dining room; deliver food carts and trays to designated areas; assist cook with meals and snacks.
• Cleaning & Sanitation: Assist with daily cleaning duties; sweep and mop floors; maintain clean work areas; manage utensils and supplies.
• Team & Community Standards: Maintain a positive, professional attitude with residents, families, and staff; uphold safety and policy standards.
