Job summary

TerraBella Hermitage in Nashville is seeking a friendly Server to take meal and drink orders, serve meals, and ensure residents and guests are satisfied with every dining experience. You will maintain knowledge of daily specials and keep dining areas clean.

You must respond promptly to resident needs, support team and individual responsibilities, and work flexible hours including weekends. This role emphasizes courtesy, safety, and hospitality within our senior living community.

Responsibilities

• Take meal/drink orders and serve meals in a friendly and timely manner.
• Assure residents and guests are satisfied with their meals.
• Maintain knowledge of all specials and general description of all food items.
• Maintain all side stations and dining areas.
• Follow daily and weekly cleaning schedules.
• Practice all safety and loss prevention procedures.
• Set-up and clean the Dining Room while maintaining or exceeding hospitality and service standards.
