Job summary

Rose Glen Village is seeking a dedicated Server to assist in meal service and ensure an enjoyable dining experience for our residents. The Server will take orders, serve meals, and keep the dining area welcoming, working closely with the culinary team to meet resident needs.

The ideal candidate is customer-focused, friendly, and attentive to detail, with a compassionate approach to serving the elderly. Prior food service or hospitality experience is preferred but not required.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Compassion for and a desire to work with the elderly.

Responsibilities

Meal Service: Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently while providing friendly, courteous service.
Resident Interaction: Engage with residents in a warm and professional manner, ensuring a positive and enjoyable dining experience.
Dining Room Maintenance: Set up and clear tables, ensuring the dining area is clean, organized, and properly stocked.
Special Requests: Accommodate resident dietary needs and special requests in coordination with the kitchen staff.
Safety & Compliance: Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and healthy dining environment.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the kitchen and dietary team to ensure efficient meal service and resident satisfaction.
