Dial is seeking a part-time Dining Room Server in Coralville, IA to support dining services for residents. You will take orders, serve meals, and help maintain a pleasant dining environment. The role emphasizes friendly, attentive resident service and teamwork during busy shifts.

Responsibilities include using the on-site POS system, set-up and cleanup, and assisting with beverage service. Prior experience is helpful, but a willingness to learn and a caring attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be age 16 or older.
• Ability to read, write, and comprehend the English language.

Responsibilities

• Serve residents meals, take orders, and assist residents throughout dining experience.
• Take all orders and close out orders within the Dial designated POS system.
• Provide customer service to residents to ensure high satisfaction.
• Set tables for upcoming meals and reset for the next meal.
• Inform residents what foods are available on the day’s menu.
• Address residents by name and note food/beverage preferences.
• Prepare beverages before meals and serve beverages of choice.
• Keep water glasses and coffee cups filled.
• Clear tables and bus after meals.
• Vacuum dining room after each meal.
