Job summary

Regency Integrated Health Services at Southbrooke Manor in Edna, TX seeks a Dietary Aide to support meal service and dining operations under the supervision of the CDM.

You will assist with food preparation, serving residents, tray setup, and cleaning, while following safety rules and state guidelines. A Texas Food Handler Certificate is required; a high school diploma is preferred; prior kitchen experience is a plus; this is a PRN role.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must have Texas Food Handler Certificate.
• Experience in a commercial kitchen is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with food prep and cooking following universal precautions and state/federal regulations.
• Preparing and serving beverages.
• Setting up and passing trays for meal service.
• Stocking snack cart.
• Bussing of tables and trays.
• Cleaning the kitchen work area.
• Dishwashing.
• Follow proper handwashing guidelines.
• Additional special projects or tasks can be assigned by the CDM or Executive Director.
