Job summary

Lowry Hills Care and Rehabilitation is seeking a part-time Dietary Server and Prep Aide to support our dietary team in a skilled nursing setting, delivering compassionate care to residents. The role offers shifts Monday–Thursday 6:00 AM–2:00 PM with pay ranging from $18.00 to $22.00 per hour, based on experience, and benefits including health insurance, PTO, and paid training.

You will assist cooks, prepare nourishments, manage meal service, and help maintain a clean, sanitary kitchen and dining

Qualifications

• Highschool diploma or equivalent.
• One year’s work in a large-scale cooking operation, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists cooks as directed by the supervisor.
• Prepares and labels nourishments according to center procedures.
• Prepares and portions desserts, salads and other non-ens foods into dishes; pours beverages.
• Follows production sheets and pre-preparation sheets or guidelines when appropriate.
• Completes pre-preparation including washing, peeling and cutting vegetables and fruits to prepare for use.
• Cleans the equipment and work area after each use and maintains sanitary kitchen areas.
• Assists in the meal tray serving line and sets up before start of meal service.
