Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; continuing education is a plus.
• Healthcare/Skilled Nursing kitchen experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals, snacks and beverages for residents, visitors, and staff.
• Follow dietician-approved menus and accommodate dietary needs.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and sanitation.
• Store and label food safely; wash dishes and equipment.
• Set and clear tables; operate kitchen appliances safely.
• Ensure all work areas meet safety and company policies.
• Support HIPAA compliance and resident confidentiality.
