Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; ability to read and write required.
• One to two years as cook in a large scale cooking operation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve nourishing meals per menus and diet orders.
• Follow standardized recipes in a sanitary, efficient manner.
• Utilize kitchen equipment safely and correctly (convection oven, tilt skillet, mixer).
• Assist with special function meals and maintain cleanliness and food safety.
