Job summary

Responsibilities include preparing meals per diets, ensuring proper temperature and portion control, assisting with inventory, and maintaining equipment and work areas while upholding HIPAA and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and write legibly.
• Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures.
• Capable of working in a fast-paced nursing facility.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, portion and serve meals and snacks per physician orders and diets.
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, and infection prevention standards.
• Operate and care for dietary equipment and kitchen appliances.
