Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience supporting kitchen and dining services in a healthcare or residential setting.

• Ability to follow policies, protocols, and infection control guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Assist cook with food preparation and service of meals.
• Set up dining room and serve residents, arrange trays and carts.
• Wash dishes and maintain clean kitchen and dining areas.
• Follow cleaning schedules, safety, and infection control procedures.
• Receive and store food and supplies, report equipment needs.
• Attend in-service training and comply with policies and HIPAA requirements.
