Job summary

Reflections Retirement Community in New Whiteland, IN is seeking a full-time dietary services associate for the 2nd shift. Responsibilities include preparing diverse menus, accommodating dietary restrictions, and maintaining kitchen and dining areas to high sanitation standards.

Prepares a diverse menu that incorporates a variety of dietary preferences and accommodates for various restrictions.
Demonstrates dedication to high-quality dietary services while ensuring compliance to safety and sanitation protocols.
Maintains food service areas including the kitchen and dining areas.
Engages with residents in a compassionate and impactful manner, cultivating a warm and supportive environment where the values of love, compassion, and dignity are reflected in every interaction.
Participates in continuous learning and development opportunities through attendance and participation in educational seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experiences.
