Join Gulf Coast Village as a Dietary Assistant - Full Time (Palmview) in Cape Coral, FL. This role provides dining service to residents and guests, prepares trays, and ensures adherence to therapeutic diets and safety standards in a compassionate, team-focused environment.

The position requires flexibility to work nights, holidays, and weekends, with competitive pay between $15.60 and $16.64 per hour and a benefits package including retirement contributions, PTO, life insurance, and wellness

Qualifications

• Must be available to work flexible schedule to include nights, holidays and weekend.
• Provides dining service to Residents, guests and family members as needed.
• Prepares trays and serves food according to menus and following therapeutic diet orders.
• Follows all policies and procedures relating to food service to meet or exceed community standards.
• Maintains or exceeds standards of appearance, cleanliness, hygiene, and health standards.
• Follows daily and weekly cleaning schedules. Keeps work areas clean and maintains sanitary conditions.
• Maintains ServSafe Certification

Responsibilities
