Clearwater Healthcare Center in Stockton, CA seeks a friendly Dietary Assistant to support the dietary team with meal prep, service, and kitchen cleanliness. You’ll help ensure residents receive nutritious meals that meet dietary needs and support a safe, welcoming dining environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience as Cook or Dietary Aide in a skilled nursing facility (SNF).
• Experience with inventory management and ordering supplies.
• Experience with scheduling and staffing.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work as part of a team and independently.
• Compassionate and attentive to residents.

Responsabilités

• Assist in the preparation and serving of meals in accordance with dietary guidelines and resident preferences.
• Ensure all food is stored, handled, and served in compliance with safety and sanitation regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and dining areas, including washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
• Help set up and clean dining areas before and after meals.
• Assist with menu planning and inventory management.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and staff, addressing any dietary concerns or requests.
• Support the dietary team in special events and functions as needed.
