Heritage Hall Tazewell is seeking a Dietary Aide-Server to support our residents with nutritious meals in a loving, resident-focused environment. You will work with the clinical team to ensure meals meet dietary needs while aligning with residents’ preferences. Weekend availability is required and benefits are provided.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, prior food service and healthcare experience, and knowledge of dietary regulations in long-term care.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior food service experience.
• Prior healthcare experience.
• Ability to understand written and verbal instructions.
• Knowledge of dietary services practices and procedures.
• Knowledge of the laws, regulations, and guidelines governing dietary services in a long-term care facility.
• Ability to work every other weekend is required.

Responsabilidades

• Work closely with the clinical team to ensure residents have nutritious meals.
• Communicate and work as part of a team to serve meals to many residents with specific needs.
