Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Adheres to safe handling standards.
• Ensures meals meet residents' diet orders and are served at the correct temperatures.
• Maintains a sanitary kitchen and dining room.
• Prepares and provides nourishments as ordered by the Dietitian.
• Sets up dining room and delivers meal trays to resident rooms.
• Supports department goals and communication within dietary management.
