Job summary

Carillon Senior Living is seeking a Dietary Aide to join our team in Lubbock, TX. The role supports preparing and serving therapeutic diet trays for health center residents, following posted diet menus and safety standards.

The position offers a structured schedule with a 6:00 am–7:00 pm window, bi-weekly rotation, and a comprehensive benefits package. Prior dining or senior living experience is preferred, and a high school diploma is recommended.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED preferred.
• Minimum of one year restaurant/senior living or equivalent Dietary Aide experience.
• Able to see, hear, and communicate clearly.
• Able to stand/walk for 100% of the workday.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve therapeutic diet trays in accordance with posted menus.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstation.
• Assist with serving meals and ware washing as needed.
• Transport foods and non-food items to the health center.
• Monitor and document food temperatures and adjust as required.
