Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is hiring a Dietary Aide to prepare and serve meals for residents in a long-term care facility. You will work closely with staff to ensure dietary needs are met and meals are served with care and respect.

The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and customer service, with on-the-job training and growth opportunities within a supportive healthcare environment. Starting pay is USD 13.00/hour.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in food service or kitchen settings preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Positive attitude and effective communication with residents and staff.
• Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies as required by state/county law.
• Lift up to 30 pounds, push/pull up to 50 pounds; stand and walk for extended periods.
• Work around food and cleaning products; routine, repetitive tasks.
• Residency within the service area required; ServSafe/food handler certification may be required by state law.

Aufgaben

• Assist with food preparation, including chopping vegetables and preparing salads.
• Serve meals to residents according to dietary needs and portion sizes.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and dining areas.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests, providing excellent customer service.
• All other duties as assigned.
