Job summary

Yona Solutions in Florida is seeking a dedicated Dietary Aide to join our team and help provide warm hospitality to residents, visitors, and coworkers. You will assist in meal prep, serve dishes, and maintain clean dining areas under the supervision of a dietary manager.

The ideal candidate has proven experience in dietary support, a solid understanding of sanitation and safety, and strong communication and physical stamina. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a dietary aide.
• Experience in customer service is a plus.
• Knowledge of sanitation and safety guidelines.
• Able to operate cookware, bakeware, and cooking appliances.
• Friendly with strong communication and good physical stamina.

Responsibilities

• Set up dining areas with cleanliness and order.
• Prepare meals under supervision of dietary manager or cook.
• Deliver dishes and trays at designated times and rooms.
• Take down dining areas and collect plates, glasses, etc.
• Discard leftovers; clean food stations and wash dishes.
• Stock ingredients and monitor inventory.
• Assist in tracking expenses and menu planning.
• Help maintain kitchen equipment and appliances.
