Live Well Healthcare Solutions in Florham Park is seeking a friendly Dietary Aide to join our skilled nursing team, helping prepare and serve meals and maintain a clean dietary environment.

You will follow diet orders and tray cards, provide patient-focused service, and collaborate with teammates in a fast-paced setting. High school diploma required; ability to lift up to 25 pounds and work every other weekend.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve meals, including setting up trays, serving food, and clearing tables
• Maintain a clean and organized dietary environment, including cleaning equipment, utensils, and work areas
• Follow recipe directions, diet orders, tray cards, and work assignments with accuracy and attention to detail
• Perform routine tasks with frequent interruptions, including working with food items, serving trays, handling soiled dishes, operating dietary equipment, and cleaning work areas
• Demonstrate a willingness and ability to work with various other work routines and team members
• Maintain a patient and tolerant demeanor, even in high-pressure situations
