Blue Palms Health and Rehabilitation Center at Fletcher in Tampa, FL is hiring a Dietary Aide (Food Service Support) to assist our dietary team in preparing and serving meals to patients, while keeping kitchens and dining areas clean and safe.

You will collaborate with dietary staff on menu planning, manage basic inventory tasks, and deliver compassionate, patient-focused service in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in a food service or healthcare setting preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Assist with food preparation, serving, and cleaning up after meals.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and dining areas.
• Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies and equipment.
