Job summary

Park Vista in Waupaca is seeking a Dietary Aide for both Part-Time and Full-Time roles to support dining operations and resident meals. The position offers a starting wage of $13.00 per hour with a weekend differential of $1.50 per hour and sign-on bonuses of $1,000 for Part-Time and $2,000 for Full-Time.

Qualifications

• Starting wage is $13.00 per hour.
• Wage up to $14.50 per hour.
• Shift differential: $1.50 per hour on weekends.

Responsibilities

• Take resident orders and serve food and beverages in the dining room.
• Set and clear tables.
• Wash dishes and operate dishwasher safely.
• Wipe down tables and chairs after meals.
• Reset tables for the next meal.
• Sweep and mop kitchen, serving areas and dishwashing areas as assigned.
• Follow safe serving and handling guidelines at all times.
• Take temperatures and document temperatures (hot/cold, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, water, dry storage) as assigned.
• Maintain food storage and rotation in compliance with state/local regulations.
