Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review, prepare & serve meals in accordance with planned menus with standardized recipes & special diet orders.
• Ensure the department is clean and safe, maintaining equipment and supplies; follow infection control precautions.
• Perform dishwashing and cleaning; deliver snacks, carts, and trays; assist in dining room service.
• Sweep and mop floors in kitchen and dish area as directed by supervisor.
