Responsibilities

• Provide nourishing food to residents, guests, and employees under sanitary conditions in accordance with dietary policies.
• Work with cook and Dietary Manager to implement recommended changes as required.
• Assure all dietary procedures are followed according to established policies.
• Develop and maintain good rapport with inter-department personnel to ensure meals are prepared and served on time.
• Serve meals that are palatable and visually appealing to residents.
• Maintain sanitation, order, and safety in food service areas through regular inspections.
