Shoreline Post Acute is seeking a caring Dietary Aide to join our skilled nursing dietary team in Toledo, OH. The role focuses on meal preparation, service, and maintaining a sanitary dining area for residents.

Responsibilities

• Assist with food ordering, storage and preparation as designated by supervisor.
• Assist cooks as directed by supervisor.
• Prepare nourishments and portion non-entrée items according to procedures.
• Prepare and portion desserts, salads and other side items and pour beverages.
• Follow production and pre-preparation sheets; assist with meal service setup.
• Help with cleaning schedules and sanitizing kitchen equipment and areas.
• Set up and break down the meal service area and assist on the tray line.
