McClure Post Acute is seeking a dependable Dietary Aide to join our dietary team. You will assist with meal prep, serving, and delivering trays to residents, while following dietary orders and safety procedures.

The role includes setting up dining areas, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and collaborating with dietary and nursing staff to meet residents' meal needs. No prior healthcare experience is required, but teamwork and compassion are essential.

Qualifications

Previous dietary, food service, or healthcare experience preferred but not required.
Ability to follow instructions and dietary guidelines accurately.
Strong attention to cleanliness and food safety.
Dependable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Assist with meal preparation, serving, and distribution to residents.
Set up and clean dining areas before and after meals.
Prepare and deliver resident trays according to dietary orders.
Follow proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures.
Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas.
Assist with stocking food, supplies, and kitchen inventory.
Follow residents' dietary restrictions and special meal requirements.
Provide friendly and respectful service to residents.
Work closely with dietary and nursing staff to ensure residents' meal needs are met.
