Americare Senior Living is seeking a dependable Dietary Services Aide to support meal preparation, service, and sanitation in our skilled nursing community in Centralia, MO. This full-time role ensures residents enjoy timely, accurate meals in a clean, welcoming dining environment.

You will work days (5am–1pm) with every other weekend, upholding safety and dietary guidelines while supporting the dietary team and residents with a service-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, visitors, and co-workers.
• Ability to follow supervisor instructions safely and efficiently.
• Commitment to maintaining resident confidentiality and professionalism.
• Adherence to HIPAA, OSHA, and applicable state and federal regulations.

Responsabilités

• Assist with meal preparation for residents, visitors, and staff, including special events.
• Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment, maintaining sanitary conditions.
• Set and clear tables before and after meals.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen and dining area.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and infection control practices.
• Adhere to Americare’s Mission, Vision, Hometown Hospitality, and F.A.M.I.L.Y. values.
• Support the dietary team with additional duties as assigned.
