We offer full-time hours with an 8-hour shift, starting pay $15.00 per hour. The role involves assisting the clinical dietary team, handling trays, and maintaining sanitary dining areas to ensure residents receive quality meals.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience: Food service or senior care experience is a plus, but we provide full training.
• Physical Strength: Stand for long periods and lift up to 30–50 lbs.
• Soft Skills: Teamwork, empathy, patience, and clear communication.
• Compliance: Willingness to pass a background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Serve meals to residents according to custom portion sizes and dietary restrictions.
• Prepare dining by setting up trays, utensils, and food carts.
• Review resident menu cards to ensure correct food placement on trays.
• Maintain clean kitchen zones by washing dishes, sanitizing workstations, and clearing trash.
• Store food supplies properly by complying with state health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate closely with the clinical dietary team to accommodate residents' changing needs.
