Job summary

Live Well Healthcare Solutions is seeking a Dietary Aide for The Blossoms at Newport Rehab and Nursing Center to support meal service and resident care in a nursing facility.

You will follow recipes, prepare meals, sanitize areas, and operate dietary equipment in a safe, hygienic environment. Availability for every other weekend and a full-time schedule are required; benefits include PTO and insurance for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform routine tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Patient, tolerant, and compassionate attitude toward residents and team members.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including every other weekend.

Responsibilities

• Follow recipe directions, diet orders, tray cards, and daily work assignments.
• Prepare food items, serve meal trays, and handle soiled dishes with care and attention to hygiene.
• Operate dietary equipment and maintain clean, sanitized work areas in compliance with safety standards.
• Work comfortably around cleaning agents and routine sanitation chemicals.
