Job summary

Live Well Healthcare Solutions is seeking a Dietary Aide for The Blossoms at Newport Rehab and Nursing Center in Newport, RI. You will assist with meal service, follow diet orders, and maintain hygiene as part of a dedicated dietary team.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform routine tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Patient, tolerant and compassionate attitude toward residents and team members.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including every other weekend.

Responsibilities

• Follow recipe directions, diet orders, tray cards, and daily work assignments accurately.
• Prepare food items, serve meal trays, and handle soiled dishes with care and hygiene.
• Operate dietary equipment and maintain clean, sanitized work areas in compliance with safety standards.
• Work comfortably around cleaning agents and routine sanitation chemicals.
