Job summary

Live Well Healthcare Solutions seeks a Dietary Aide for The Blossoms at Oakdale Rehab and Nursing Center to support dining services and resident nutrition in a compassionate, patient-focused team. You will follow recipe directions, prepare meals and trays, handle dishes, and operate dietary equipment while keeping areas clean and sanitized according to safety standards.

Flexible scheduling with every-other-weekend availability is required, and full-time benefits include PTO and insurance

• Ability to perform routine tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions.
• Patient, tolerant, and compassionate attitude towards residents and team members.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including every other weekend.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow recipe directions, diet orders, tray cards, and daily work assignments accurately.
• Prepare food items, serve meal trays, and handle soiled dishes with care and attention to hygiene.
• Operate dietary equipment and maintain clean, sanitized work areas in compliance with safety standards.
• Work comfortably around cleaning agents and routine sanitation chemicals.
