Heritage Manor is seeking a food service assistant to support daily dining operations in a care facility. You will follow established policies, assist with cleaning, serve meals, prepare snacks, and help set up meal trays while ensuring a clean and safe work environment.

The role requires reading and following instructions, teamwork, and willingness to participate in on‑the‑job training. The position is on site in Oklahoma City, with potential for shift flexibility and weekend coverage.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
• Willingness to participate in in-service trainings.

Responsibilities

• Follow established food policies and procedures.
• Assist in daily or scheduled cleaning duties in accordance with facility policies.
• Carry out garbage and keep work areas clean and free of hazards.
• Serve food in dining room as instructed and prepare snacks as needed.
• Assist in serving meals on time and distribute menus as necessary.
• Set up meal trays and maintain proper sanitation and storage of supplies.
