Liberty Dialysis - Dimond in Anchorage, AK seeks a dedicated nurse to provide direct and indirect nursing care for adult/geriatric ESRD patients. The role uses the nursing process to assess needs, plan and evaluate care, while involving patients and families in education and care decisions.

Responsibilities include coordinating with physicians and other providers to ensure continuity of care, maintaining professional standards, and delegating tasks as appropriate.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing: ADN or nursing diploma required.
• Ability to license in the State of Alaska
• Leadership ability and organizational skills.
• Computer software knowledge.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Ability to understand and implement government standards.
• Strong belief in quality patient care and maximizing clinical performance measures for each patient.
• Commitment to principles of customer service for patients, staff and physicians

Responsabilités
