Qualifications

• Must hold a current Dental Hygiene license and required certifications.
• Strong clinical and periodontal assessment skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive preventive hygiene care, including cleanings, radiographs, fluoride, and periodontal therapy as appropriate.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and personalized home-care recommendations.
• Build lasting relationships and create a welcoming, comfortable patient experience.
• Listen to patients’ concerns and tailor care to individual needs.
• Identify and communicate findings and recommended treatment to the dentist and team.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and follow infection-control protocols.
• Work collaboratively with the dental team to provide seamless, patient-centered care.
• Support patient retention and ongoing engagement with the practice.
