Rock Dental Brands is seeking a Dental Assistant to support doctors and patients in our Phoenix office. The role emphasizes clear communication of treatment plans to families, ensuring consent, and maintaining patient comfort and safety throughout procedures.

The candidate will document all treatments using electronic and paper records, assist with restocking, and contribute to a respectful, team-oriented environment. CPR and accredited training are required.

Qualifications

• Must hold an RDA or CDA license and CPR certification.
• Trained by an Accredited Dental Assistant school.
• 1+ year dental assisting experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Communicate treatment needs clearly to parent and patient.
• Identify prior authorization requirements and obtain signed consent.
• Maintain patient comfort and safety during procedures.
• Document all treatment in electronic and paper records.
• Perform general housekeeping and restocking as needed.
