Belmont Village Buckhead is seeking a dedicated Caregiver to provide hands-on care for residents in our Assisted Living and Memory Care community. You will support daily living activities, safety, and dignity in a fast-paced, team-based environment.

Ideal candidates have dementia care experience or related training. CNA license is not required, but is welcomed; we offer stable full-time and part-time shifts, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for growth within a respected senior living

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Clear verbal and written English communication.
• Experience as a primary caregiver or relevant training.
• Professional, pleasant and team oriented attitude.
• Consistent and reliable attendance essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living to residents in Assisted Living and Memory Care.
• Promote socialization and participation in community activities while ensuring safety and well-being.
• Document and maintain records of daily care and report changes to supervisors.
• Uphold high standards of care, safety, cleanliness and regulatory compliance.
• Provide hands-on toileting, hygiene and incontinence care as needed.
• Prioritize hospitality, customer service, and resident satisfaction in interactions.
