Belmont Village Senior Living Corporate in Houston, TX is seeking a caregiver to provide hands-on care in our Assisted Living and Memory Care community. You will assist with daily living activities, promote socialization, document care, and ensure safety and quality standards.

No CNA license is required, though certification or relevant caregiving experience is welcomed. This is a full-time, all-shifts role with a focus on hospitality and helping residents thrive as they age.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to communicate clearly in verbal and written English.
• Experience as a caregiver or relevant training.
• Reliable attendance is essential for Belmont Village employees.

Responsabilités

• Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living to residents.
• Promote socialization and participation in community activities.
• Document and maintain daily care records and report changes to supervisors.
• Maintain high standards of care, safety, cleanliness and regulatory compliance.
• Provide hands-on assistance with toileting, hygiene and incontinence care as needed.
• Prioritize hospitality and resident satisfaction in every interaction.
