Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively in English with residents, family members and other associates.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and write simple correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities per care plan.
• Observe and report changes in residents' health or behavior to supervisor.
• Maintain residents' records and documentation related to care and medication as applicable.
